Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting, ideally in high-growth or emerging markets.
  • Strong project management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
  • Sales or Marketing experience is a plus.

About The Role

The Head of Strategic Planning & Execution is a high-impact role responsible for shaping and driving the strategic agenda for Fast Growing Markets. Acting as a trusted advisor to the President, this role leads strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and growth enablement efforts across diverse geographies. The ideal candidate combines strategic and business acumen, analytical rigor, and execution excellence to accelerate business performance and unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
  • Develop and refine strategic plans aligned with global priorities and local market dynamics in partnership with local leadership teams.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in partnership with local teams.
  • Consolidate and prepare strategic recommendations and executive-level presentations for the President and senior leadership.
Transformation Program Design & Oversight
  • Identify and scope transformation initiatives across commercial, operational, and digital domains.
  • Define success metrics, track progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to influence and support execution, without direct line management.
Growth Enablement & Innovation
  • Evaluate new market entry strategies, business models, and partnership opportunities.
  • Support M&A strategy, due diligence, and integration planning where applicable.
  • Promote innovation and digital enablement to drive scalable growth.
Executive Engagement & Communications
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the President, providing insights and challenge where needed.
  • Prepare briefing materials, strategic reviews, and board-level communications.
  • Facilitate alignment across global and local stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling.
About You
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting, ideally in high-growth or emerging markets.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and financial data.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working in matrixed, global organizations.
  • Sales or Marketing experience is a plus
