Job description
Key Accountabilities
  • Own the cluster strategy to ensure close cooperation between indirect and direct sales channels throughout the customer journey; align channel sizing and supporting structures with Festo’s growth and cost objectives.
  • Further develop the Marketing/Sales Analytics function, focusing on leveraging analytics to support the sales organization, enhance business processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Take responsibility for the cluster pricing function and its deliverables.
  • Oversee governance of customer and contact data, ensuring their integration and availability within sales applications.
  • Further develop and sustainably implement the Sales Operating Model (referenceorganization) to drive efficiency and harmonize sales approaches.
  • Lead the global Market Management network.
Professional Knowledge and Experiences
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate and inspire high performance.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies, including deriving strategic action areas and defining implementation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven success in using analytics to improve sales performance.
  • Experience with marketing and sales approaches in a highly competitive environment.
  • Experience in supporting organisational transformation projects is an advantage.
