We are looking to recruit a genuine high-caliber Head of South East Asia for the Emerging Markets region, based in Singapore. This leader will oversee all aspects of Sales and Marketing for the 6 major countries of Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia.
The Head of South East Asia will provide input, advice, and leadership regarding strategy setting, account planning, and execution across the geography. This includes developing annual budgets, monitoring ongoing performance, and instigating corrective actions as necessary.
The role is responsible for developing and leading a high-performing Sales & Marketing team across SEA, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and achieving bold goals whilst driving growth across categories. He/She will lead the local development and execution of sell-through, sales-out, marketing, and business plans across the region.
We are looking for an individual who can encompass all aspects of general management—from people leadership, business planning, and negotiations, to P&L ownership and driving results through teams. The consumer business is key to Logitech’s success, and this leader will deliver a strong omnichannel strategy across retail and e‑tail.
