Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total industry experience in relevant fields.
• Proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with pre- and post-launch activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Site project portfolio and consolidate input from functions.
• Support site SMEs in monitoring and reporting on project progress.
• Ensure data quality and conduct end user training.

Skills

Knowledge of industrial strategy and project and portfolio management

Strong leadership skills and experience

Experience in portfolio and project management

Exposure to Production and Supply Chain

Experience with digital tools

Education

Scientific bachelor degree in chemical, biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering

Business or finance degree
