• Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/leadership role in HVAC or CleanRoom Equipment.
• Proven sales track record with ability to deliver immediate results.
• Strong existing network with consultants and contractors in construction and cleanroom industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for HVAC and CleanRoom Equipment solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving project wins within the first 6 months.
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to maintain high performance.
