  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with market demands and company objectives.

  • Prepare proposals, manage pricing strategies, and handle negotiations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Requirements Include:

  • 10–15 years of progressive/cumulative sales experience within catering, hospitality, or Food & Beverage sectors.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Experienced in tendering processes and procurement procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of catering operations and event logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in catering sales software and Microsoft Office applications.
