Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned Head of Sales and Operations to lead our lady fashion retail business, covering both store and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in e-commerce retail, with a strong background in sales, operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Operational Management: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Manage e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service
  • Digital Presence: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Manage and optimize product listings and sales across e-commerce and/or social media platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram etc, where it is effective to do so.
  • Monitor and analyze online sales data and metrics.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales and operations staff
  • Provide coaching, encouragement, training, and development opportunities to team members
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze overall sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce retail, with a strong background in sales and operations
  • Proven track record of sales growth and operational excellence
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and retail operations
  • Please note that this is a position that requires 100% full-time commitment. Successful candidate is required to work on site, and is not allowed to work with another company on a part-time and consultancy basis.
