Head of Sales – Captain’s Eye, Singapore

Captain’s Eye is a global leader in AI-powered maritime safety and operational monitoring. We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic, and tech-driven Head of Sales to lead our growing team in Singapore and drive international growth across Asia and beyond.

Role Overview

As Head of Sales, you’ll oversee regional sales operations, manage a motivated team, and expand Captain’s Eye’s market presence across key maritime hubs. You’ll work closely with shipowners, managers, and technical teams to demonstrate the power of our AI-based video analytics in transforming safety and efficiency at sea.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the sales team in Singapore to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Develop and execute regional and global sales strategies for SaaS and hardware solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives in major shipping companies
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction
  • Present and demonstrate Captain’s Eye technology in client meetings, conferences, and exhibitions worldwide
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across the maritime and logistics ecosystem
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close complex enterprise deals
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of proven sales experience, preferably in maritime, supply chain, or industrial technology sectors
  • Strong technical acumen with an understanding of AI, IoT, or digital transformation solutions
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages such as Hebrew, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean are a strong advantage)
  • Experience managing and scaling high‑performing sales teams
  • Proven track record in international business development and managing large enterprise accounts
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East
  • Creative problem‑solver who thrives in dynamic environments and thinks outside the box
  • Enthusiastic about technology, adaptable, and driven to make a real impact in maritime safety
