  • Working location: Near to Buangkok Mrt
  • Working hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri), 9 – 6pm
  • Salary: $7900 - $8400
  • 2 years contract role

The role strengthens long-term sustainability and impact by leading enterprise growth, service innovation, and digital transformation. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role develops and scales income-generating services that advance company’s mission while ensuring accessibility for youths in need.

It also embeds trauma-informed leadership practices across all enterprise and innovation efforts, ensuring that growth remains grounded in safety, trust, empowerment, and inclusivity.

Responsibilities
Enterprise Development & Revenue Diversification
  • Lead the design, development, and scaling of income‑generating service models (e.g. Counselling & Therapy Service) that achieve financial sustainability and mission alignment.
  • Develop pricing, business, and go‑to‑market strategies that balance cost recovery with accessibility and social impact.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and strategic opportunities that strengthen the enterprise arm of organisation’s services.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships & Development Division to cultivate corporate and institutional partnerships that support enterprise growth.
  • Monitor market and sector trends to anticipate risks and identify opportunities for revenue diversification.
Service & Digital Innovation
  • Drive service design and innovation processes to enhance effectiveness, user experience, and scalability.
  • Lead implementation of digital platforms that improve client experience (e.g. booking, attendance, progress tracking, reporting).
  • Champion technology adoption to improve operational efficiency, strengthen data‑driven decision making, and measure impact.
  • Explore emerging and future‑ready service delivery models (e.g. hybrid, immersive, or metaverse‑based counselling).
  • Ensure service and digital innovation efforts align with the evolving needs of youth and communities.
Trauma‑Informed Organisational Leadership
  • Willing to be trained in and champion trauma‑informed principles (safety, trust, empowerment, collaboration, cultural responsiveness) across enterprise and innovation work.
  • Ensure new services, platforms, and processes are designed with attention to both youth wellbeing and staff psychological safety.
  • Model trauma‑informed leadership practices that build trust, resilience, and continuous learning across teams.
Research, Evaluation & Impact
  • Partner with the Director, Services & Programmes to apply evaluation frameworks that assess financial performance, client satisfaction, and social outcomes.
  • Use evaluation insights to refine enterprise strategies and products.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that track the financial and social returns of income‑generating services.
  • Incorporate youth and community voices into research and design to ensure services remain relevant and empowering.
Financial Stewardship
  • Manage budgets with transparency and accountability.
  • Align resource allocation with enterprise growth, innovation, and sustainability goals.
  • Prepare financial projections, reports, and business cases for management and board review.
  • Adapt strategies proactively to ensure the viability and scalability of enterprise initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 10–15 years of working experience, with 5 or more years in a senior leadership or business development role in the nonprofit, social enterprise, or professional services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing, launching, or scaling income‑generating or enterprise initiatives.
  • Proven track record in digital adoption, service innovation, or organisational transformation.
