Job summary

A leading international company in Singapore is seeking a senior project manager to oversee multi-site automation projects from concept to commissioning. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in project operations, particularly in warehouse and industrial automation. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential along with a degree in Engineering, Automation, or Supply Chain. The role involves managing a team of 15 and ensuring project quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in project operations, including 5+ years in warehouse/industrial automation.
  • Proven experience managing large, multi-site automation systems.
  • Strong knowledge of robotics, PLCs, WMS/WCS, and material handling.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multi-site automation project delivery from concept to commissioning.
  • Coordinate across engineering, software, procurement, and field teams for seamless integration.
  • Standardize and optimize project execution frameworks to improve speed and quality.
  • Act as the senior client liaison, handling communication, expectations, and escalations.
  • Manage resources, subcontractors, and logistics across multiple projects.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management throughout all project phases.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as uptime, throughput, and commissioning success.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement lessons learned.
  • Lead a team of 15 members.
