Location Hong Kong or Singapore

Reports To Chief Marketing Officer, APAC

Level 7 or 8

We’re proud to have been helping our clients build better financial futures for over 50 years. How have we achieved this? By working together - and supporting each other - all over the world. So, join our Asia Pacific ex-Japan Marketing team and feel like you’re part of something bigger.

About your team

At Fidelity, our Marketing team is a strategic partner to the business, driving growth and strengthening client relationships across Asia and globally. We combine deep knowledge of our clients with data‑driven insights to deliver integrated marketing programs that build Fidelity’s brand, support distribution, and bring our investment expertise to life. From institutional to intermediary and retail audiences, our team works across channels — digital, content, thought leadership, events, and client experience — to deliver impactful, client‑centric engagement.

Collaborative and future‑focused, we are committed to innovation, measurement, and excellence in execution, ensuring that marketing at Fidelity is not just a support function, but a driver of business impact, brand differentiation, and long‑term client trust.

About your role

We are seeking a strategic Head of Product & Content Marketing / Sales Enablement to lead the development and execution of product and content marketing initiatives across Fidelity Asia. This role will be central in connecting Fidelity’s investment capabilities with our distribution objectives, driving client engagement, and enabling sales teams to deliver compelling, outcome‑oriented product and capability narratives.

As the bridge between Marketing, Investments, and Distribution, the successful candidate will lead a regional team that designs and delivers impactful content, tools, and product support that support the full sales and marketing funnel — from consideration and conversion through to cross‑selling, loyalty, and retention.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic product / content marketing skills with hands‑on execution, deep understanding of intermediary / retail needs, and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory and cultural environments across Asia.

Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Define and lead Fidelity Asia’s sales enablement and product marketing strategy, aligned with regional growth priorities
  • Translate Fidelity’s investment capabilities into compelling client propositions that resonate across professional investor and retail channels.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to ensure enablement initiatives reinforce brand positioning and commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the APAC, UK and CE‑based marketing teams to maximise efficiency and ensure all efforts are aligned with business needs.
Product & Content Marketing
  • Develop product narratives, sales playbooks, and other sales assets that differentiate Fidelity’s solutions in the marketplace.
  • Oversee creation of sales and marketing materials — including thought leadership, pitchbooks, placemats, FAQs, and client‑friendly product insights.
  • Work closely with Investments to simplify complex strategies into clear, market‑relevant stories.
Sales Enablement & Campaign Support
  • Equip sales teams with tailored tools, messaging, and campaigns that support consideration, conversion, and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with digital and analytics teams to deliver personalized, data‑driven enablement solutions.
  • Ensure content is consistently adopted and utilized across regions and client segments.
Client Loyalty & Retention
  • Design initiatives and content that strengthen long‑term relationships and deepen client trust.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to deliver retention‑focused campaigns, insights, and engagement programs.
  • Drive cross‑sell opportunities through integrated product positioning and storytelling.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing regional team focused on sales enablement and product marketing.
  • Foster close collaboration with Distribution, Marketing, and Investments to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness, linking activities to business outcomes (pipeline growth, client retention, consultant engagement, brand).
  • Apply data‑driven insights to optimize product marketing initiatives and demonstrate ROI.
