Head of Private Wealth Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Private Wealth Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and client engagement for moomoo Private Wealth. This role requires a strong blend of financial services expertise, high-net-worth (HNW) client understanding, and creative marketing leadership.

The ideal candidate will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive lead generation, elevate client experience, and strengthen moomoo’s ecosystem. This leader will help establish moomoo as a trusted partner for high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing: Define and execute the end-to-end Private Wealth marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Moomoo's multi-asset, digital-first approach. Develop thought leadership content, campaigns, and narratives reinforcing Moomoo’s positioning in wealth management space.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team across partnerships, events, growth, and digital marketing, ensuring premium positioning across all client touchpoints.
  • Performance Management: Set and deliver quarterly OKRs (lead generation, AUM contribution, event ROI, brand perception uplift) and track KPIs such as acquisition, conversion, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.
  • Ecosystem Development: Promote the Private Wealth ecosystem by integrating institutional services and trust solutions into client marketing, reinforcing moomoo’s role as a holistic wealth partner.
  • Content & Communication: Oversee development of premium content: macro insights, investment themes, and case studies. Manage multi-channel distribution (events, digital platform, PR, and private communities).
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem: Build marketing collaborations with banks, asset managers, lifestyle brands, and cultural institutions to broaden HNW reach. Explore sponsorships, awards, and co-branded opportunities to elevate brand prestige.

Requirements
  • 10–15 years of marketing experience in private banking, wealth management, or fintech.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, AUM growth and premium brand building.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: ability to partner with product, sales, PR, and external partners.
  • Strong storytelling ability with sensitivity to cross-cultural communication.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, and comfortable building new initiatives from scratch.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; EMBA/MBA a plus.
  • English proficiency; Mandarin is an added advantage.
