We’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing (Social Media) to lead and scale our paid and organic social media efforts. If you live and breathe data-backed creativity, and want to work on high-visibility campaigns for exciting, ambitious brands — this is your role.

Your Role
  • Own MediaOne’s social media performance strategy across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube
  • Build, coach, and lead a team of paid media buyers, strategists, and content creators
  • Work hand-in-hand with analytics, SEO and CRO teams to build full-funnel, high-converting campaigns
  • Devise and execute campaigns that are optimised for reach, ROAS, CPL, CPA, engagement and business goals
  • Serve as strategic lead and point of contact for high-profile clients — from luxury brands to public sector accounts
  • Constantly experiment with emerging formats, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
  • Report performance, uncover insights, and recommend data-led improvements
  • Optimise team workflows using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, reporting dashboards, automation and AI
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in paid social and performance marketing
  • At least 1–2 years leading teams and managing multi-client portfolios
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale social ad budgets with strong ROI
  • Deep knowledge of paid social tactics and content strategies across Asia-focused platforms
  • Confident with attribution, A/B testing, retargeting, and funnel optimisation
  • Strong communicator who’s comfortable presenting to C-suite clients
  • Curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to outperform the algorithm
