Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms to achieve ROI, CPA, and lead quality targets.
- Monitor, optimise, and troubleshoot campaigns while ensuring timely reporting, clear documentation, and strong client communication for retention and renewal.
- Lead, mentor, and manage performance specialists and vendors to ensure efficient execution and delivery of results.
- Collaborate with SEO, social, content, and tech teams to deliver integrated, data-driven marketing outcomes.
- Analyse campaign metrics, budget pacing, and profitability using GA4, Tag Manager, and data dashboards to guide performance improvements.
- Contribute to new business pitches, strategy development, and partner accreditation (Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing, etc.).
- Stay updated on digital trends, automation, and AI-driven marketing to keep campaigns competitive and compliant.
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a min. 2 years in a leadership capacity within a digital agency.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Experience managing six-figure monthly advertising budgets and achieving measurable ROI.
- Familiarity with major accreditation programmes such as Google Premier Partner and Meta Business Partner.
