About the Job

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including areas such as Loans, Trade Finance, Deposits, and Remittances.
• Understand the business life cycle and provide prudent financial solutions to support companies’ growth.
• Perform any other duties required to fulfill the responsibilities of this position, in accordance with business needs, internal policies, and procedures.
• Ensure all operational processes comply with internal policies, MAS regulations, and international banking standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Operations team to foster a high-performance and compliance-oriented culture.
• Act as the key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, Head Office, and key vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background in Loans, Trade Finance, Deposits, and Remittances.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulations, local banking operations, and compliance frameworks.
• Must be proficient in English, with strong communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
