Head of Cash Management Operations

Are you an experienced Banking Operations leader ready to take ownership of a high-performing team and drive innovation in payments processing?

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee Cash Management Operations covering high-value and high-volume Remittance, RTGS, and Payment Services across multiple markets.

This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of operational excellence — combining leadership, process transformation, and technology enablement in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team delivering inward/outward remittances, payments, and investigations with precision and speed.
• Build and execute strategies to optimize operations, manage multiple cut-offs, and maintain robust risk and control frameworks.
• Champion process improvements, automation, and digitalization — leveraging tools such as data analytics and GenAI to enhance productivity and straight-through processing (STP).
• Oversee risk, compliance, and audit readiness, ensuring full alignment with regulatory and internal governance standards.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, auditors, and cross-functional teams to deliver

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in wholesale banking operations, with strong exposure to remittance, and high-value payments.
• Proven leadership in risk management, operational controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Solid understanding of sanctions screening, PDPA, MAS regulations, and global banking best practices.
