Kebabs Faktory is one of Singapore’s fastest-growing Halal-certified QSR brands, known for bringing global flavours together in a modern, vibrant dining experience. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands‑on Head of Operations to lead our multi‑outlet operations across Singapore.

Job Overview

As the Head of Operations, you will oversee the day‑to‑day functioning of all eight Kebabs Faktory outlets. You must be a high‑performing operator with strong QSR experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to consistently deliver operational excellence. You will be the driving force behind service quality, efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Lead and streamline operations across all outlets to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.

  • Develop and execute strategies that elevate operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate outlet supervisors, kitchen teams, and frontline staff.

  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Quality Control

  • Uphold high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and cleanliness.

  • Enforce SOPs consistently across all outlets to maintain brand integrity.

  • Maintain 4.5+ star customer ratings across Google, social platforms, Grab, Deliveroo, Quandoo, and more.

Financial Management

  • Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets and control costs.

  • Monitor key metrics and execute strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Supply Chain & Inventory

  • Oversee inventory levels and optimise supply chain processes.

  • Reduce wastage and ensure stock availability at all times.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure all outlets comply with relevant health, safety, halal, and hygiene guidelines.

  • Work towards achieving and sustaining industry certifications.

Customer Experience

  • Make customer experience the cornerstone of operations.

  • Analyse feedback and implement improvements to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
