Responsibilities

• To collaborate with stakeholders to develop clinical standards framework.
• To oversee implementation of the screening and immunisation programme for children by nurses.
• To provide professional leadership and foster a culture that strives for excellence in delivery nursing care and service.
• To lead the development, monitoring and evaluation processes of public feedback and incorporate into service improvement.
• To lead on the development and implementation of educational programmes for nurses.
• To manage project and the department’s budget.
• To manage nursing committees/ project teams as designated.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Degree in nursing or higher
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of clinical experience, 2 of which should be in supervisory / administrative experience in a healthcare setting in Elderly Home
