ING WB has a presence in 11 markets across Asia with branches across 8 markets – Singapore, China, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Philippines. The NSC APAC team is responsible for managing ING’s network business with subsidiaries of international companies in APAC. The team consists of Regional Account Managers (RAM) with regional APAC responsibility and Local Account Managers (LAM) covering local subsidiaries.
This role is Managing Director title, with a hierarchical reporting line into the APAC Head of Sector and a functional reporting line into the Global Head of NSC.
As Head of NSC APAC, based in Singapore, you will lead a high-performing, entrepreneurial NSC APAC team in managing and growing ING’s network business across the region. You will provide strategic oversight and leadership to Regional and Local Account Managers, ensuring alignment with ING’s global strategy and optimizing client coverage across APAC. You will leverage deep experience in both emerging and developed markets to drive business origination and innovation. You will be responsible for driving business development, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and senior management. A proven track record in sustainability, regulatory engagement, and complex deal structuring is highly valued.
