- 领导市场与招生团队,提升团队绩效与执行力
- 建立高效团队协作机制,推动市场推广与招生咨询的深度融合
3. 市场与品牌建设
- 统筹线上与线下全渠道营销,扩大品牌影响力与招生转化
- 维护与提升学院品牌形象,扩大本地及区域市场影响力
4. 招生与渠道拓展
- 设计并优化招生流程,提升转化率与学员体
- 拓展并维护企业、校友、行业协会等招生渠道与合作伙伴关系
5. 项目管理与数据驱动
- 监控并分析市场与招生数据,及时调整策略提升ROI与招生成果
- 管控年度预算,确保资源配置高效
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、教育管理、传播学等相关专业优先。
- 8 年以上市场营销、销售、商务拓展或项目管理相关经验,5 年以上团队管理经验。
- 有高等教育、国际教育领域垂直行业经验者优先。
- 精通中、英社交媒体与数字营销,具备整合营销能力。
- 具备卓越的商务沟通与谈判能力,中英文流利,文字功底强。
- 高度目标导向,具备战略思维、执行力和抗压能力,能够带领团队实现挑战性目标
- 有创业精神、进取心与结果导向的工作态度。
Head of Marketing & Student Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategics management
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment KPIs and brand objectives.
- Continuously refine recruitment models and marketing approaches in response to industry trends and competitive dynamics.
2. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and manage the marketing and recruitment teams, driving performance and execution excellence.
- Foster effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration between marketing initiatives and recruitment processes.
3. Marketing & Brand Development
- Oversee omni-channel marketing efforts, including online and offline campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and student conversion rates.
- Maintain and strengthen the institution’s brand image, expanding influence in local and regional markets.
4. Student Recruitment & Channel Development
- Design and optimize recruitment processes to improve conversion rates and enhance the applicant experience.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with corporations, alumni networks, industry associations, and other key recruitment channels.
5. Project Management & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor and analyse marketing and recruitment performance data to adjust strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage annual budgets to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Education Management, Communications, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing, sales, business development, or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in higher education, international education, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English social media platforms and digital marketing, with strong integrated marketing capabilities.
- Exceptional business communication, negotiation, and writing skills; fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Strong results orientation with strategic thinking, execution capability, and resilience to lead teams toward ambitious targets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, driven, and outcome-focused approach.
