We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on leader to head Cialfo’s marketing function while building and leading our Student Placement Support Center, a new initiative designed to help students connect with universities and drive measurable impact on placements and revenue. This role blends brand strategy, marketing leadership, and student success operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Leadership
Lead and scale the global marketing team across brand, digital, and communications.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Align marketing campaigns with sales and partnership objectives to support business growth.
- Student Placement Support Center
Design and launch Cialfo’s centralized support center to assist students with university applications, placement guidance, and post‑admission engagement.
Build and manage a team of counselors and support specialists to deliver high‑quality student experiences.
Develop scalable processes and technology‑enabled solutions for efficient placement operations.
- Revenue & Growth
Collaborate with product, sales, and partnership teams to convert marketing and placement opportunities into revenue streams.
Identify monetization opportunities within the student journey.
Track ROI and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, student recruitment, or education technology.
- Proven leadership experience in driving cross‑functional initiatives and building teams.
- Strong understanding of education marketing, student journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
