Toyota Financial Services Singapore’s subsidiary company is entering its next phase of growth. Historically strong in performance marketing, we are now seeking a Head of Marketing who can elevate our subsidiary brand, build modern growth engines, and architect the full customer lifecycle across buyers, sellers, and automotive partners.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing a future‑ready marketing organisation that integrates brand management, growth strategy, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and community‑building — while continuing to optimise existing performance channels. You will lead a multi‑disciplinary team and work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive sustainable user growth and revenue expansion. The decisions made in this role will directly influence the company’s growth, over the next 3–5 years.

What You’ll Lead
  • Build and scale consumer lifecycle & retention capabilities
  • Drive user growth, experimentation, and growth loops
  • Define and elevate brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling
  • Lead GTM strategy for new features, products, and revenue lines
  • Develop viral, affiliate, influencer & community marketing engines
  • Strengthen CRM segmentation, automation, and lifecycle journeys
  • Oversee paid marketing, SEO, social, and omnichannel campaigns
  • Partner closely with Product, Data, Sales, Media, and Editorial teams
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
Must‑Haves
  • 8+ years in marketing, ideally in tech, platforms, e‑commerce, or marketplaces
  • Strong martech and analytics skillset (CRM, CDP, automation, attribution, GA4, funnels, cohorts)
  • Proven success in user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
  • Hands‑on experience with lifecycle marketing and growth frameworks
  • Strong brand strategy and creative storytelling capabilities
  • Experience leading GTM for product/features
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and upskill marketing teams
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Data, Sales, Media, Editorial
  • Experience managing budgets, ROI, and performance across channels
  • Strong track record building new functions from scratch (growth, lifecycle, brand, affiliate, influencer)
Nice‑To‑Haves
  • Experience in a multi‑sided marketplace
  • Background in community, influencer, affiliate, or partnership marketing
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven marketing workflows
  • Experience in media + commerce hybrid organisations
  • Passion for cars or understanding of the automotive lifecycle
  • Comfortable with brand safety, Public Relations management and crisis comms
