Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the brand’s overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and creative vision.
  • Oversee digital, retail, and partnership marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strengthen brand identity and storytelling across social media, e-commerce, and offline experiences.
  • Manage marketing budget, performance metrics, and ROI tracking to optimize spend and impact.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and collaborators.
  • Drive community engagement and brand advocacy through events, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to shape future campaigns and brand growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or creative strategy (F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional campaigns and manage teams or external partners.
  • Strong storytelling and content development skills, with an eye for design and cultural trends.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in digital marketing and analytics tools.
  • Passionate about artisanal, purpose-driven brands and the intersection of food, design, and lifestyle.
