As they scale rapidly, they’re seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, digital acceleration, and customer engagement across key international markets.

Your Impact

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build and position the brand across digital, social, PR, events, and retail
  • Lead product launches with strong go-to-market plans
  • Drive performance marketing, SEO, content, CRM, and e-commerce
  • Inspire and manage the marketing team; set KPIs and track performance
  • Analyse CAC, ROI, and conversion data to optimize campaigns and budget
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations
  • Manage marketing budget and external partners/agencies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth
Job requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of hands‑on and leadership experience in marketing, ideally within supplements, wellness, or e-commerce
  • Regional marketing experience—preferably across Singapore, Malaysia, the UK, Australia, and Dubai—with a proven ability to adapt strategies to diverse consumer behaviours, regulatory landscapes, and market dynamics
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate marketing experiments and data‑driven campaigns
  • Deep expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and optimization tactics
  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms including Google Analytics, SEO tools, design software, CRM systems, and e-commerce solutions
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of strategic leadership in startup or lean‑team environments
