Head of Marketing (Digital Agency, Performance Marketing, Hybrid Work)

Oversee and drive all client performance marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring achievement of key metrics such as ROI, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and lead quality.

Maintain a hands‑on role in monitoring, optimising, and troubleshooting campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.

Manage proactive client communications—delivering timely updates, strategic recommendations, and campaign insights to foster satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.

Ensure all campaign documentation—including briefs, proposals, contracts, reports, and billing—is organised, accurate, and up to date.

Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics such as budget pacing, ad credit usage, profitability, and campaign success through real‑time dashboards and analytics tools.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to performance marketing specialists, interns, and third‑party vendors to ensure high‑quality work and efficient delivery.

Collaborate closely with SEO, social media, content, and tech teams to produce integrated marketing solutions that drive superior client outcomes.

Partner with Tech and Management teams to enhance internal tools and systems (e.g., Monday.com, Optimyzer, proprietary dashboards) for greater operational efficiency and scalability.

Stay current on platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to ensure campaigns remain competitive, compliant, and effective.

Contribute to new business development efforts by creating data‑backed performance strategies, forecasts, and proposals that strengthen pitches and support account acquisition.

Lead initiatives to secure and maintain official agency partnerships and certifications, including Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing, and other digital platforms.

Elevate company brand visibility by driving participation in award submissions, case studies, and industry benchmarks that position the agency as a market leader.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role within a digital agency environment.

  • Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms for both B2B and B2C clients.

  • Strong analytical expertise in tracking, attribution, optimisation, and data‑driven decision‑making, with proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability in managing and mentoring cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive and high‑performing campaigns.

  • Commercially savvy, with experience overseeing six‑figure monthly ad budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills, with confidence in pitching and stakeholder engagement.

  • Familiarity with Google Premier Partner, Meta Business Partner, and other digital accreditation programmes.

  • Strategic thinker with a forward‑looking mindset, passionate about automation, AI‑driven marketing, and emerging digital innovations.
