The Head of Marketing is a Mid-Level leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the organization's marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This position oversees all marketing functions, including digital, brand, communications, and campaign management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Define short-term and long-term marketing objectives and KPIs. Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse marketing team across regions. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Manage and Internal & external communications to strengthen brand reputation. Proven track record in driving brand growth and managing multi-channel campaigns.
