  • Lead the overall brand, marketing, and communications strategy to strengthen the destination’s positioning locally and regionally.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for major events and community programmes.
  • Drive compelling brand storytelling and campaigns that inspire engagement and loyalty.
  • Oversee PR and media relations to enhance visibility and reputation across audiences.
  • Ensure creative excellence in all campaigns and content with strong audience relevance and clear results.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, creators, and collaborators to expand reach and impact.
  • Foster a customer-focused and innovative team culture that encourages collaboration and creativity.
  • Mentor and guide senior leaders and teams to deliver high performance and execution excellence.
  • Strengthen stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 15–20 years’ experience in brand, marketing, or communications, ideally in large venues, events, or destination-focused roles.
