About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in online trading. As part of their expansion, they are looking for their Head of Marketing for Singapore. They are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to lead marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee a team of 10+ and be responsible for driving the business growth in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all marketing channels across Singapore, ensuring strategies are tailored to local market dynamics while aligned with global brand positioning.
  • Manage the budget for markets and be responsible for cost effectiveness, resource allocation and measurable ROI.
  • Partner closely with regional teams, performance team, sales, client servicing, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support business objectives and client needs.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital, performance, social, partnerships, PR, and offline channels.
  • Manage agencies on record for communications, creative development and media buys.
  • Continuously track market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies, seize opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee and inspire a team of 10+ marketers, building a high-performance, innovative, and collaborative culture.
  • Uphold regulatory and brand compliance standards across all campaigns and communications.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years in tech or finance marketing, across traditional, social and digital channels.
  • Minimum 3 years of equivalent leadership experience managing a team and a budget of US>$10M.
  • Degree in marketing, business or finance.
  • Experience in Financial services, Financial technology or Banking industries is a must.
  • Strong understanding of investment & trading products or financial markets will be a plus.
  • Familiar with Gen AI tools and CRM systems such as Braze & Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to optimise and pivot on marketing plans for maximum effectiveness.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa is a significant advantage.
