Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and growth plans.
- Lead brand positioning initiatives to strengthen Healthway Medical’s profile in Singapore’s healthcare landscape.
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership on market trends, competitive positioning, and patient engagement opportunities.
- Brand & Communications
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all patient touchpoints, including digital, print, and in-clinic experiences.
- Oversee internal and external communications, including media relations, public relations, and crisis communications.
- Marketing Campaigns & Growth
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns to promote services across general practice, specialist care, dental, allied health, and day surgery.
- Lead demand generation strategies for key revenue drivers such as primary care, executive health screening, and specialist clinics.
- Oversee seasonal and promotional campaigns, ensuring compliance with healthcare marketing regulations in Singapore.
- Digital & Patient Engagement
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and CRM automation.
- Enhance the patient journey through targeted communications, loyalty initiatives, and improved online-to-offline experiences.
- Monitor and optimise website performance, ensuring a patient-friendly, mobile-first experience.
- Team & Budget Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve performance and development goals.
- Manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI on marketing spend.
- Foster cross-department collaboration to align marketing efforts with operations, business development, and clinical teams.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, mass communications, business administration, or any other related fields.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented industries preferred.
- Strong track record in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s healthcare market and regulatory guidelines is an advantage.
