- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across the customer journey.
- Manage the marketing budget and external partners/agencies to deliver high-impact, cost-effective initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in both hands‑on and leadership marketing roles, ideally within the supplement or e‑commerce industry.
- Proven expertise in SEO strategies and optimization tactics, with a strong track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM systems, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and marketing experiments to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, social media, and performance marketing channels.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
