Join our dynamic Food Services team as Head of Manufacturing, leading operations across bakery, ready-to-heat meals, sauces, marinated meats, and desserts. This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and innovation to drive our growth in B2B and retail markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations to deliver quality, efficiency, and food safety excellence.
• Manage the department’s P&L, driving cost optimization across raw materials, labor, and logistics.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Ensure zero-defect, zero-recall production through strict food safety and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Operations, and Business Development teams to align production with business goals.
• Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering learning, accountability, and growth.

Talent We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of retort and ready-to-heat product manufacturing will be advantage
• In-depth understanding of production planning, scheduling, and logistics management.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and implementing cost-saving strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
