Responsibilities include managing infrastructure upgrades, utilities, and layout planning. The ideal candidate has proven leadership in large-scale maintenance, yard development, and CAPEX/OPEX management.

The Job:

• Lead the Maintenance & Facilities Department across all yard zones
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, and civil systems
• Oversee infrastructure upgrades, utility installations, and layout planning
• Ensure compliance with Singapore authorities and maintain valid certificates for lifting equipment
• Track monthly utilities consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives

The Talent:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in shipyard, offshore, or heavy industrial maintenance
• Proven leadership in large-scale maintenance operations and yard development
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory bodies and workplace safety regulations
• Experience in CAPEX and OPEX budget preparation and management
