Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for the recovery of Unsecured/Secured loans.
• Supervise daily recovery operations and ensure efficient management of recovery processes.
• Review daily delinquency reports and recovery performance.
• Provide accurate and timely statistics and reports on loan recovery progress to management.
• Work closely with Business Units to address collection issues and improve account recovery outcomes.
