Job summary

A global IT solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Head of IT & Tools to define and maintain IT assets for all employees. You will be responsible for managing contracts, systems like Confluence and JIRA, and ensuring that staff have the latest tools. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT management, is proactive, and has strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in IT management.
• Experience in payment business environment is a plus.
• Proven ability to work autonomously.

Role and Responsibilities

As Head of IT & Tools, you are responsible to define, deliver and maintain IT assets, tools and processes for all LANDI Global employees. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to balance technical problem-solving with excellent communication and service orientation.

Especially, you will have to:

• Contract with third parties for laptop delivery and configuration to employees
• Design, maintain and make evolutions on the Confluence and JIRA system in place for employees and LANDI customers. You will interface with LANDI headquarter’s team in China so you are the only point of contact at LANDI international
• Make sure that your colleagues always have up-to-date tools infrastructures and modern communication systems. You will perform trainings, directly and via e-learning, for all the assets you have the responsibility

Autonomous, fluent in English, you know Atlassian products and have good communication skills. Your ability to take initiatives and be proactive will be key for your success.

Requirements

• Engineering school graduate in IT / computer science.
• Experience in Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence).
• At least 5 years' experience in IT management.
• Experience in payment business environment (e.g Project Management, ITSM processes, security, Android) is a plus.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively with diverse teams and internal customers.
• Strong sense of accountability and proactive problem-solving mindset.
