Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on IT leader to manage and optimize the technology that powers our payroll services for clients. This role involves leading a small IT team (≤5) to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable system operations. You will take ownership of IT initiatives, integrating systems with client platforms, and improving workflows to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of internal payroll systems used to deliver services to clients.
Ensure payroll systems are secure, compliant, and scalable to meet growing client needs.
Manage and mentor a small IT team to deliver high-quality system support and development.
Integrate payroll systems with client platforms and internal tools.
Identify process improvements and implement technology solutions to optimize payroll workflows.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with operations, HR, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of IT experience, preferably with payroll or HR systems.
Hands-on experience in system development, integration, and IT operations.
Strong leadership and project management skills for a small team.
Ability to take ownership of IT initiatives and drive projects independently.
