This role ensures thatIT systems, industrial technology, cybersecurity, and data processes supportproduction operations, supply chain efficiency, quality control, and businessgrowth.

- Formulate and drive business and IT reform strategies to achieve the organization’s medium-term objectives.
- Develop and promote regional and ASAO Group–wide IT strategies that are fully aligned with overall management direction.
- Oversee the development, standardization, and optimization of information systems and IT infrastructure across the ASAO Group, ensuring efficient, secure, and cost-effective operations.
- Establish key performance indicators for information processing costs and promote continuous cost optimization, including bi-annual IT cost forecasting in line with the Company Plan.
- Provide leadership to IT teams across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and industrial technology, while strengthening IT human resource development within the region and across the ASAO Group.
- Implement robust risk management and compliance measures in all information processing activities, identifying and eliminatinginformation security risks across the ASAO Group.
- Promote and enhance the global IT management system to ensure centralized information governance and unified global IT operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team
- Experience in IT System Development & managing Information Security
- Possess knowledge of Information Processing Infrastructure, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Warehouse Management & Business Management and have experience in installing relevant IT Systems, preferably in the fastening business
- Possess advanced knowledge of IBM iSeries (iSeries OS/RPG Language, RPGLE, CL, CLLE)
- Meticulous, organized and detailed oriented with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in overseas posting with IT project management preferred
