Working Days: 5-day (including Sat & Sun)
Working Timing: Start work at 10AM ; Weekday end at 6PM/630PM/7PM ; Saturday end at 5PM & Sun End at 430PM
Salary : $4500 - $5000
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in education, curriculum or instructional materials development, and team leadership.
- Knowledge of PSLE-level Mathematics and familiarity with the MOE syllabus.
- Experience in developing, reviewing, and implementing instructional materials and teaching strategies.
- Experience in leading and supporting instructors, including training and classroom support when required.
- Experience in centre operations, including process improvement and day-to-day coordination.
Job Description
1. Instructional & Materials Development
- Lead the development and revision of instructional materials, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with academic standards and institutional objectives.
- Develop and implement teaching strategies that promote active learning and critical thinking, catering to diverse learner needs.
- Evaluate and review the effectiveness of educational materials through assessments and feedback from instructors and students, making necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure materials and strategies are effectively applied in classrooms and address any challenges they are facing.
- Train future franchisees in instructional practices and material development.
2. Centre Operations Management
- Oversee the department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for the centre operations.
- Provide support by covering essential duties as needed. Additionally, take on teaching responsibilities when required.
- Develop and implement processes that assist the day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the daily operations of the centre and manage the team of instructors to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality service delivery.
- Drive sales growth for the centre by implementing effective strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, contributing to centre revenue and success.
3. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all instructional materials meet regulatory, accreditation, and institutional standards for quality and compliance.
4. Stakeholder Communication
- Collaborate with school leadership, parents, and external stakeholders to continuously improve and maintain the relevance of instructional materials.
5. Others Duties
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
