Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Innovation Center, defining its strategic direction and operational framework.
• Chair and coordinate a committee focused on innovation, automation, and AI adoption.
• Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies and market trends relevant to the organization’s goals.
• Lead initiatives for big data analytics to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with functional departments (e.g., IT, Operations, HR, Finance) to implement AI solutions that streamline and improve work processes.
• Develop and manage partnerships with external vendors, research institutions, and industry experts in AI and automation.
• Drive organizational change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for innovation and automation projects.
• Report progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years proven experience in leading innovation, automation, or AI initiatives within a corporate or research environment.
• Strong knowledge of the current AI market, including technologies, vendors, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated expertise in big data analytics, including data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional departments, and drive cross‑functional projects.
• Experience managing teams and budgets for technology‑driven projects.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering innovative solutions and measurable business outcomes.
• Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about driving digital transformation.
