Location

The Team and Role

At Logitech, how we make things is as important as what we make. As Global Head of Manufacturing, you’ll lead the strategy, operations, and transformation of Logitech’s worldwide manufacturing network — spanning in-house sites and outsourced partners across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will shape how innovation meets execution, ensuring every Logitech product is built efficiently, sustainably, and to world‑class quality standards. This is a pivotal leadership role — ideal for a global manufacturing executive who thrives on building scalable systems, developing high‑performing teams, and delivering measurable business impact.

Your Contribution

Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global manufacturing strategy aligned to business growth, operational excellence, and cost optimization.
  • Lead operational planning for both in‑house manufacturing facilities and outsourced partners across all regions.
  • Ensure the on‑time delivery of high‑quality products from all manufacturing sites while meeting financial and operational targets.
  • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous‑improvement initiatives that elevate quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for delivery performance, quality, cost, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and supply‑chain teams to embed Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles early in development.
  • Champion sustainability — reducing waste, energy use, and carbon impact across all operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the environmental footprint of operations while meeting company‑wide sustainability goals.
Key Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, including global or regional leadership roles.
  • Proven success managing both in‑house and outsourced manufacturing environments, preferably in a global capacity.
  • Deep expertise in manufacturing engineering, tooling, and factory operations.
  • Strong expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and working knowledge of product development cycles.
  • Hands‑on experience with tools and techniques for Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver cost savings without compromising quality or delivery.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality systems and experience with recognized standards (e.g., ISO, IATF).
  • Strategic, hands‑on leadership style — able to align teams, drive transformation, and deliver results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Engineering/Operations) preferred.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English required.
