Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead activities to improve the quality of solutions and reduce negative costs provided by the ASEAN+I region.
• Create and implement effective initiatives to improve quality and reduce negative costs.
• Collaborate with other regions such as Europe and the Americas to mutually promote quality improvement.
• Standardize, communicate, and ensure the adoption of Fujitsu's company-wide policies within ASEAN+I.
• Collaborate with Fujitsu headquarters to improve quality and reduce negative costs.
• Report the quality status and negative costs of ASEAN+I to Fujitsu headquarters and receive feedback.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT solution quality management and be able to demonstrate a high level of understanding in assurance and quality governance.
• The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in solution quality management
• Experience in solution assurance activities
• Experience in solution quality governance activities
• Self-starter
• Excellent presentation skills
