Job description

Key responsibilities:

Certification Process & Laboratory Management

• Establish and implement R&D process management to solve systemic issues of UHP Flow components
• Lead and develop the engineering team in designing experiments, setting up labs for UHP component testing, and verifying experimental data to ensure the accuracy of laboratory reports.
• Confirming testing projects and results for UHP components certified based on the relevant product certification standards.
• Coordinate and communicate between departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with the Gas Box Design R&D team on product development projects & processes
• Develop component technology roadmap and design; quantify & certify multi-functional UHP flow components

Product Development & Project Management

• Lead new product development, including feasibility studies, design, and solution proposals for component technology
• Drive documentation and process development/improvements for existing and new products (assembly drawings, BOMs, and process flow diagrams)
• Develop models and templates based on relevant standards, regulations, and type-approval requirements
• Drive plan and control project time to ensure on-time delivery
• Optimize product designs based on customer feedback and process improvements
• Act as the primary owner when prototype or trial samples are unavailable, taking full accountability for the project progress

Technical Support and Cross-Department Collaboration

• Provide technical support to sales, production, and process engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues during project execution

Process & Quality Control

• Lead the development and validation of new production processes
• Assist in procurement by reviewing and following up on the material requirements list

Education/Experience/Languages :

• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or related field
• Min. 10 years of experience in UHP component development, preferably in pressure control or valve manufacturing
• Proficiency in CAD software, BOM management, and process documentation
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple projects simultaneously
