Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ hands-on experience in a fast-paced Food Manufacturing Process environment.
• Excellent knowledge of production, ordering, and inventory of food service products and equipment.
• Proven track record of generating commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of factories/central kitchens and leading the team.
• Ensure all required KPIs are met according to business operations’ goals.
• Maintain production areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
