Qualifications

We are looking for a senior Finance Business Partnering leader to drive strategic finance, business performance insights, and decision support across the Group and Business Units.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Group and BU leaders to support strategy, growth initiatives, pricing, and commercial decisions with strong financial insights.

• Lead business performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reviews; identify key risks and opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.

• Build and maintain core financial models (e.g. unit economics, long-term P&L) to assess new business opportunities and business models.

• Drive finance process improvement, standardisation, and automation to improve efficiency and governance.

• Lead the digitalisation of financial analysis, including dashboards, data analytics, and the use of AI / automation tools.

• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing FBP team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data, or related fields.

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in people management; strong background in Financial BP, commercial finance, or strategic finance.

• Strong financial modelling, analytical skills, and commercial acumen, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in Big Four, technology, internet, or high-growth companies is highly preferred.
