  • Lead and motivate the Events & Catering Sales team to achieve KPIs, uphold professional standards, and foster a high-performance culture
  • Provide strategic insights to drive the business by analyzing market trends and competitor activity, manage revenue targets and forecasts, monitor sales performance and profitability
  • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a hospitable experience, resolving escalated issues efficiently, and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to design compelling event packages and ensure smooth coordination of all Club activities, events and functions
