Job Description

1. Strategy and Market Expansion

• Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to plan and drive the growth strategy for digital intelligence and BIM consulting services in Singapore and Southeast Asian markets, with a primary focus on Singapore. Identify market opportunities and work with the marketing team to develop key clients—including government, developers, contractors, and operators—to support sustained regional business growth.

2. Digital Intelligence Platform Management:

• Work with the digital team to drive product planning, market development, and delivery of BIM-based digital project management and operation platforms.
• Based on the needs of the Singapore and surrounding market, participate in and contribute to the planning of the platform’s core functions, technical architecture, and competitive strategy to help the product better meet localization requirements, including language, standards, and workflows.
• Participate in tracking and evaluating emerging technologies—such as AI/ML applications in BIM, IoT integration, digital twins, and cloud architecture optimization—and collaborate to drive technological innovation and iterative upgrades of the platform.

3. BIM Consulting Service

• Lead and coordinate the BIM consulting team in market development, operations, and project delivery—covering project planning, production, quality control— while supporting the expansion of the BIM consulting market.
• Oversee the coordination of client and contractor requirements during BIM project execution, supporting the effective resolution of conflicts and unforeseen issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 9 years in the AEC industry, including 5 years in team leadership or platform delivery roles.
• At least 3 years’ experience working in Southeast Asia, familiar with two or more major markets.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM or experience in LTA projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the CORENET X platform is an advantage.
• Proven experience developing and implementing BIM-based platforms; proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, Bentley, and IFC standards.
• Experience managing large-scale or cross-border BIM consulting projects (PMP, Agile, or Scrum preferred).
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with the ability to liaise with China headquarters and regional teams.
