Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Lead the design, validation, and deployment of building Dementia Insights & Predictive Public Health AI Platform.
- Translate insights from neuroscience, psychology, and community health into practical and scalable dementia screening solutions.
- Establish the organization as a one of the regional thought leader in cognitive public health and AI-driven preventive medicine.
- Integrate systems thinking — from the molecular to the behavioral and societal— into our approach to predictive health.
Research & Scientific Development
- Direct clinical and community-based validation studies for dementia screening and cognitive assessment tools.
- Design and implement research on cognitive performance, dementia risk prediction, and psychosocial determinants of health.
- Publish independent and collaborative research in partnership with hospitals, universities, and NGOs.
- Establish scientific standards for psychometric reliability, cultural adaptability, and population-level usability.
- Contribute to evidence based neuroscience-informed AI and predictive public health analytics.
Public Health & Community Engagement
Product Innovation & AI Integration
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop AI-driven cognitive assessment models.
- Ensure that models reflect not just data accuracy but human behavioral insight and ethical accountability.
- Integrate clinical, psychosocial, and lifestyle data streams into predictive health intelligence engine.
- Champion AI systems that are anticipatory rather than reactive — capable of shaping health futures in real time.
Leadership, Governance & Ethics
- Provide strategic leadership drawing from prior experience as a head of department or as director of health technology ventures
- Oversee governance of AI ethics, data privacy, and transparency frameworks.
- Represent at high-level discussions with public health authorities, scientific forums, and innovation networks across ASEAN, APAC.
