• 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, agile delivery, and product leadership.
• Proven success building and scaling delivery or consulting practices (20+ professionals).
• Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban).
• Experience leading transformation programs for enterprise clients in APAC.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• A passion for empowering people and solving complex challenges.

Your Role as a Zenika Consultant:

• Define and execute Zenika Singapore’s Delivery strategy, driving growth across our consulting and product delivery practices.

• Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Program Managers.

• Oversee large‑scale digital transformation initiatives across sectors such as banking, government, technology, and energy.

• Partner with client executives to design and implement transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Ensure delivery governance, agile maturity, and operational excellence across all engagements.

• Support business development efforts including client proposals, pre‑sales, and strategic account growth.

• Champion Zenika’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, agile delivery, and product leadership.

• Proven success building and scaling delivery or consulting practices (20+ professionals).

• Strong command of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban) and product delivery methodologies.

• Experience leading transformation programs for enterprise clients in APAC.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
