Salary Range: 7,000 - 8,000 SGD
Our Client, a reputable venture capital company, is seeking a Head of Corporate Finance & Administration to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in managing the full spectrum of back‑end compliance, finance, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and review accounting, finance, and administrative operations for both Singapore and overseas entities.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the corporate office, including consolidation.
- Handle budgeting, banking, internal and external audits, taxation, and company secretarial matters.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements (including MAS).
- Support FATCA and CRS compliance, such as filings, registrations, and KYC processes (advantageous).
- Manage corporate affairs and general administrative matters.
- Perform any other duties as assigned, with potential for expanded responsibilities depending on the candidate’s experience and capability.

Required qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- CPA/ACCA‑qualified professional with 5–10 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm or MNC environment
- Prior exposure to fund management, venture capital, or private equity industries
- Experience in MAS compliance within the fund management sector
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in corporate finance (e.g., financial analysis, capital planning, budgeting, or investment evaluation)
- Familiarity with accounting and tax practices across Asia Pacific
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting reporting deadlines
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to collaborate effectively across all levels
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
- Can work immediately
Preferred qualifications
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or similar accounting systems
