About the Company:

We are representing a leading regional shipping and logistics company with an extensive network across Asia and beyond. The company manages a large container fleet supporting global trade routes and is focused on optimizing container flow, improving turnaround efficiency, and ensuring seamless equipment availability across its operations.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end container fleet strategy covering planning, procurement, and maintenance to meet business and operational objectives.
  • Oversee container forecasting, repositioning, and allocation to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Negotiate with manufacturers, depots, and leasing companies to secure competitive terms.
  • Manage maintenance and repair (M&R) activities, audits, and vendor performance.
  • Drive data accuracy and process improvement across container tracking and management systems.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Over 12 years of leadership experience in container management / equipment control within shipping or logistics.
  • Strong commercial acumen, vendor management, and cost optimization track record.
  • Skilled in container systems / ERP tools and data-driven decision making.
  • Agile, results-oriented leader comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
