Job description

Our client is a trading firm with an established presence in Singapore. They are currently hiring for a Head of Compliance focusing mainly on matters around Ethics, integrity, financial crime and third-party compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with compliance programs.
• Lead the compliance strategy and oversee due-diligence activities across complex transactions.
• Identify risks, conduct monitoring and reviews, and perform investigations related to compliance issues.
• Design and deliver tailored compliance training programs across various business functions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, AML/CSIS certifications ideal
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience within MNC/trading environments.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
